Select 1 lb per week, for a total of 12 lbs of our all-natural pork and beef alongside your Spring Forest CSA Vegetable share over the season. Select your items two weeks at a time at pickup via our online form, choose from sausages, bratwurst, ground pork, chops, and more! Price includes 2% NC meat tax. This add-on is only available to CSA members picking up on the farm on Wednesdays.

Get a total of 12 lbs of meat over the run of the Spring Forest CSA, chosen by you every other week, or give the farmer the choice of what to send! We’ll start the season with the following items, which all come in 1 lb packages unless otherwise noted. Link items come 4 to a pack/pound. We’re pround of the quality and flavor of all of these, but starred items are perennial favorites. All items are pork, with the exception of chuck roast.
