This is a set of handmade fireplace tools including a barbed poker, hand riveted shovel, and ash/coal rake. All feature a wrapped handle and twist detail, and a black high-heat tolerance finish. The rack features a base made from a recycled forge table, and is simply brushed and clear-coated to prevent rust. The hanging hooks for the tools are brass brushed to accent the work. The rack stands at 28 inches tall, with a 10 x 10 inch base. Both the rack and the tools are made entirely of steel. There are many variations of these possible, please contact me for more info.

I make these from (often recycled) steel in our family blacksmith shop, located at Woodcrest Farm in North Carolina. I use traditional coal forges and a variety of hammers, hand tools, and brushes to create each piece. The completed pieces are clear coated for a smooth finish and to prevent rust.
