Cheese-Making		Ever want to try your hand at making cheese? It's not nearly as difficult as you might imagine. People have been making cheese since before written record. Come join us for these beginning cheese making classes. The classes in this series cover simple recipes that have infinite possibilities. Using equipment you probably already have in your kitchen you can eat healthier homemade cheeses. You control quality, quantity, and flavor.	TBA	$45 + materials
Blacksmithing
101	Forge Basics	A beginning course in blacksmithing. Learn how to build a coal fire, forge mechanics, tools, and simple techniques of drawing out, forging square to round and vice-versa, metal working, points, filups, bends, twists, half-blows, and temperature. Students will make some decorative hooks which they can finish and use at home.	TBA	$35.00 + Materials
102	Tools and metal-working	This course covers basic tool making and use for hole-punching, split and drift, annealing, hardening, and use of a swage block. Take home a set of tools for your grill!	TBA	$35.00 + Materials
103	Welding	Learn how welding was done for 2900 of the last 3000 years	TBA	$35.00 + Materials
104	Joinery	Learn traditional techniques of mortise and tenon, collars, rivets, and forge welds as you build a project of your own design.	TBA	$35.00 + Materials
Canning		Learn basic and advanced "putting-up" skills using hot-water and pressure canning techniques your mother and grandmother used to preserve the harvest through the winter. We supply the produce and the jars (or bring your own!) and you can start your pantry with your class projects! Come early and pick your own produce if you like!	TBA	$35.00 + materials
