101 Farm Fresh Cheese If you’ve always wanted to make fresh healthy cheese at home, this is the class for you. In this hands-on class, learn to make 3 fresh cheeses- Paneer with Lime, Mozzarella, and Yogurt Cheese.
You will take home recipes for all the cheeses and reference material for cheese making supplies and recommended reading.

102 Entertaining with Cheese!

Looking for new and creative ideas for your next entertaining event?  Bring a friend or partner to enjoy tasting fabulous hors d’oeuvres while learning to make 3 fresh cheeses in this hands-on class. See how you can transform a simple farmer’s cheese into several spectacular dishes. Make your own fresh mozzarella at a fraction of the price. Create a Chevre that will whisk you away to the beautiful country-side of France.
Come have fun with us in a beautiful, historic, farm house social setting where you will learn to make cow’s milk Yogurt, Greek Yogurt, Yogurt cheese, Mozzarella, and goat’s milk Chevre. If
you plan to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with your tasting, bring your favorite. Both reds and whites pair nicely with the cheese dishes we’ll be serving. You will take home recipes for all the cheeses and dishes served as well as reference material for
cheese making supplies and recommended reading.
